We take pride in our diverse range of talent, from the fresh perspectives of our New Talent to the refined expertise of our Master Stylists.
Ashley Watters - Owner / Master Stylist
Ashley has always had a passion for education & business! Owning her own salon became a reality in 2019 and Watters & Co. has been growing ever since!
She loves seeing her stylists achieve their goals & making her clients feel like family! Her life outside of work revolves around her three beautiful baby boys and her husband, Matthew!
Lillian Steigerwald - Stylist 2
Lillian has been a hairstylist for 7 years, and her favorite part of this career is making people feel confident.
When she isn't behind the chair, she is a mom to 2 little boys and loves being with her family. An iced coffee and walking around the zoo is her idea of a perfect day.
Kayla Everman - Stylist 1
Kayla loves making all of her clients feel confident and beautiful. Kayla loves to build a client-stylist relationship with every person who sits in her chair. She is obsessed with all things hair. Whether you're looking for a quick everyday style or something bold and new, she’s here to help!
When she is not in the salon she is a mom to a handsome baby boy, and spends time with her fiancé, family and friends!
Hailey Lehn - Stylist 1
Hailey graduated from Paul Mitchell in December of 2023. She's super excited about being part of the beauty industry.
Hailey was born and raised in Cincinnati and attended Mercy McAuley High School.
Through high school, she worked as a salon receptionist and fell in love with the hair world. When she's not at the salon, she loves to be in the sunshine and spend time with her dog, Rocky.
Lexi Swango - Associate
Lexi graduated from Aveda Institute in September 2025. She has always had a love for hair and is so excited to begin her career in the beauty industry.
In her free time, Lexi enjoys spending time with friends, visiting family in her hometown, and loves to go shopping. She can’t wait to welcome you to her chair!
Jada Schafer - Independent Stylist
Jada loves customizing looks that make people feel their best. She always had a love for art, fashion, and especially hair. Jada was born and raised in Delphos, Ohio.
After graduating, she dove straight into her career pursuing cosmetology. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog Darla.
Taylor Weekley - Independent Stylist
Taylor graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2020 and started at Watter & Co. in 2022. In the salon, Taylor loves to do lived-in effortless color, blonding, and maintaining healthy hair.
Outside the salon, you'll catch Taylor hanging out with friends, family, and her two dogs, Milo and Gus. She's also a plant collector and book reader. Taylor can't wait to meet you all and have you in her chair!
Hailey Rose - Assoicate
Hailey graduated from Summit Salon Academy in 2025. She has always had a passion for hair and all things beauty, and love to make her clients feel confident. Hailey is so excited to be apart of the industry!
Outside of the salon, Hailey enjoys visiting her family in Morehead, KY, spending time with her cat, Kevin, and finding any excuse to go shopping!

OUR STORY
Ashley took a leap of faith to open her own business! The salon has grown from a 100-sf suite in 2019 to our current 7 station salon in September 2021! Watters & Co. opened their first storefront salon, and filled it with 8 stylists! Our journey is just beginning, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds!
